I really liked that all of the bolts were pre-installed in their locations. Assembly isn't too bad if your are mechanically inclined and just look at the instructions carefully. The materials are of quality and the chair is comfortable. Our clients have already commented on how comfortable the chair is. We will be purchasing again.
