When I opened the box all the pieces were there and the original instructions which was a nice touch. First mowing with it went well grass bag caught all the grass and it’s much more powerful thank I expected. I don’t like battery powered ones because of a lack of power and a constant recharge cycle. All in all would highly recommend for a small yard. Grass bag does fill quick.

They sent a replacement part out immediately. I've only had limited use of the item so far, but it seems to get the job done very well.
