Had an OS issue and they were awesome & helped me find & eliminate my issue (stupid USB sleep settings). I always get my kids nice gaming rigs but mom gets chucked to the back burner. This allowed me to actually have a pc that powerful. I went from being barely able to chat, surf and watch tv to all of that plus gaming and it barely breaks a sweat.
